How to install Microsoft Office 365 On Your PC or Mac

How you install or reinstall your account of Office depends on whether it’s listed under Office for home or Office for professional below. For example, to install Word purchased independently, use the instructions for Office for home.
Reinstall Office 2013 after an Office Setup 2016 elevation

If you have an Office 365 Home, Personal, or University subscription, you now have the selection to install Office 2016 or Office 2013 on your PC. You should only install Office 2013 if you’re having specific compatibility issues with your Office 2016 upgrade. If you attach to an Exchange 2007 mailbox, you might want to stay on Microsoft Office Setup 2013 or even uninstall Office 2016 and reinstall Office 2013. If you have Office 2013 separate apps that are unsuited with Office setup 2016, you may want to stay on Office 2016 and take benefit of the Special offer for customers with Office 2016 and Office 2013 standalone applications. TIP: You can create and share documents amid Setup Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 2013 without disturbing about compatibility issues. If you create a document by an Office 2016 application and you send it to someone who’s using Office 2013, the receiver can still open and edit the document in the corresponding Office application. The same is true for documents going from Office 2013 to Office 2016.
If you didn’t remove Setup Office 2016 before trying to reinstall Office 2013, you’ll get an error that detects a newer version of Office is installed on your device. You’ll need to uninstall Office 2016 before you can continue.
The install will happen in the background. How long it takes depends on your connection. When you see You’re good to go, choose All done. For more information www.office.com/setup
